Hip Flexor Stretch (Kneeling)
An Easy Stretch To Start Your Session Out
Many of my clients spend a large portion of their day sitting. If kneeling is comfortable for you, this is one of the stretches I often recommend. I encourage my clients to think beyond the stretch itself. The goal isn't simply to create a sensation in the front of the hip, but to maintain the mobility needed for everyday activities such as walking, climbing stairs, and standing tall.
