But today, sitting is the new smoking.
Hours of it leads to muscle tightness that, when not addressed, can turn into ongoing discomfort.
Most people don’t do enough on their own at home, so when I have them in the studio, I use that time to add simple stretches like this one that help release the lower back.
It’s a small addition, but it can make a noticeable difference in how their body feels.
